Outcast Fishing Rods offer affordable hand-built fishing rods for everyone from the weekend angler to the Tournament Professional. Outcast Fishing Rods are built to the same exacting standards and design as that of the custom fishing rods built by WeaverCraft Custom Fishing Tackle but at a more affordable price.

Outcast Fishing Rods by WeaverCraft Custom Fishing Tackle come in four different series to meet varying Angler needs and requirements:
Angler Series The Angler Series is designed with quality and performance in mind. The series consists of seven models suitable for a wide range of techniques and applications.
The Angler Series is based upon a one-piece IM6 graphite blank comparable to many major name brand manufacturers. In addition to the high-strength low-weight blank, the Angler Series features high quality cork rear and fore grips, Deluxe Rand, Fuji micro guides and tops.

Performance Series The Performance Series is the “sweet spot” of the Outcast Fishing Rods line. The Performance Series features 21 technique and application specific fishing rods. Several Performance Series models are available in a one-piece or two-piece design.
The Performance Series begins with an exceptional blank that incorporates advanced material design and quality manufacturing techniques targeted towards specific fishing techniques and applications. These blanks are VERY high quality and comparable to those costing much, much more. To round out the quality of the Performance Series, high quality cork split grips and micro guides are used to reduce weight and increase sensitivity. Blank through reel seats are used on all casting models.

Select Series The Select Series is based upon many of the features of the Performance Series, but the design is enhanced to focus on a particular technique or application such as kayak or pier fishing, or, a particular species such as catfish, carp or flounder. In some instances the Select Series rods are designed for a particular application with a set of features above what is offered in the performance Series.

Signature Series The Signature Series is the top-of-the-line Outcast Fishing Rods series featuring many of the names brands used in the top-end custom fishing rods: St. Croix, Lamiglas, North Fork Composites and others. This series is based upon components and designs that were used to build some of the finest custom rods from WeaverCraft Custom Fishing Tackle.
The Signature Series features several models in one and two piece blanks and the highest quality custom made cork and EVA grips, Fuji Titanium SiC guides, cork and reel seat accents, and blank thru reel seats on most casting models. The Signature Series is unmatched and is designed for the highest levels of performance, sensitivity and reliability.
Simply put, the Signature Series is the best of the best.
